I had a wonderful experience at this hotel, particularly enjoying the outstanding customer service from the staff, who were always attentive and friendly. The cleanliness standards exceeded my expectations, and I loved how spacious the rooms felt. The location was perfect for exploring downtown, and the food at the restaurant was absolutely top-notch. However, I did wish the Wi-Fi was more reliable at times, and it would have been nice if there were more outdoor spaces to enjoy.
